Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Tephra scrub. If it does not suit your skin, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund — even if the jar has been opened.

How to start a return. Email hello@tephra.health with your order number and we will guide you through it.

Refunds. Once we receive your return (or, for opened cosmetic items, confirm the issue), we refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Return shipping. Unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage. If your order arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, email us and we will put it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your order for a refund and place a new order.

Your statutory rights. These terms are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel under applicable distance-selling rules.
