Shipping Policy

We ship across the United Kingdom and Europe.

Processing. Each jar is made to order, so the total time is the time to make it plus the time to ship it. As a rough guide for processing before dispatch: about 2 working days for a normal personal order, around 7 working days for larger orders, and up to 12 working days for bulk orders of 100 items or more.

Delivery times. Courier delivery time is added on top of processing and depends on your location and the option chosen at checkout.

Rates. Standard delivery is £3.95 in the UK and £7.95 in Europe. Delivery is free on all orders over £40. A tracked option may be available at checkout.

Tracking. Where a tracked option is selected, we email your tracking details once your order ships.

Customs and duties. For deliveries outside the UK, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, email hello@tephra.health and we will help track it down.
