These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tephra online store and your purchases from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products. Tephra sells cosmetic skincare. Descriptions, ingredients and images are for information. Our scrub is a rinse-off cosmetic exfoliant; it is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always patch test before first use and follow the guidance on the product page and packaging. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images.

Orders and pricing. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order and correct pricing errors. An order is accepted once we send confirmation.

Made to order. Items are made to order, so dispatch times vary as described on the product and shipping pages.

Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Returns. Returns are handled under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property. All content on this store, including text, images and branding, belongs to Tephra and may not be used without permission.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
