Shipping & returns

Delivery to you

Each jar is made to order, so your total wait is the time to make it plus the time to ship it. As a rough guide for processing before dispatch:

  • About 2 working days for a normal personal order
  • Around 7 working days for larger orders
  • Up to 12 working days for bulk orders of 100 items or more

Delivery time with the courier is added on top, and depends on where you are and the option you pick at checkout.

Free standard UK delivery on orders over £40. A tracked express option is available at checkout.

Returns & help

If the scrub does not suit your skin, you have 30 days to send it back for a refund, opened or not.
